South Eastern Cartage Service P/L was established in 1986 in the Victorian town of Loch Sport. South Easter Cartage Service (SECS) was founded with the idea that the transport industry in Australia required improvement, and SECS knew what it took to meet the client's needs.
After only a couple of years, South Eastern Cartage Service was transporting goods all across Australia. The company went from strength to strength. For the first few years of operation, SECS was only providing transport services in and around Lock Sport. However, after surviving the 1991 recession, the company came out on top.
In 1992 the company began providing interstate transport services because of the opportunities that were available in other locations outside of Victoria. After many years of transporting goods interstate, SECS began transporting timber and steel as Australia recovered from the recession.
Present-day, South Easter Cartage Service continues to provide impeccable service to its clients and even as SECS fast approaches 40 years in the transport industry. The company will continue to focus on constant improvement and transport service optimisation. All in the name of providing the utmost service for their clients.
